The project aims at experiencing, modelling and disseminating within the Med space and beyond new forms of organisations and management in the cultural sector :

__incubator
AMI (Centre de développement pour les musiques actuelles) is testing a business incubator that aims at backing up cultural entrepreneurs in the development of their projects with shared services and accompaniment in the structuring and the long term development of their structure.

__cluster
CITEMA (European city for artcrafts) is testing a cluster aiming at bringing together enterprises in the arts and craft sector in order to stimulate the development of their competences and economic activities.

__letSystem

BUNKER is testing non-monetary exchange systems in the framework of their festival to allow inhabitants, NGOs and institutions of one of Ljubljana’s district to trade know-how, services and competences;

__territorial governance

EXPEDITIO and ZUNINO E PARTNER are experimenting territorial governance processes as a method of consultation, targeting a better inclusion of the cultural sector in territorial development strategies.
